Hi
I take a tablespoon of Udo's oil everymorning and two multi vitiman tablets.
i never added them into my 'Food' calorie calculations...because i thought "well it isnt food!"
Im horrified to discover that a mere tbl spoon of udo's oil is 120 calories! yikes!
Anyways... im gonna keep taking it, but im glad i know now so i can make slight adjustments..
This post is more of a statement rather than a question haha

I add a tablespoon of Udo's Oil to my breakfast smoothie every day along with a tablespoon of Udo's Wholesome Fast Food Blend . I have quite a high calorie intake at breakfast because of this but essential fatty acids are necessary for good health and with Udo's 3 6 9 Oil Blend you are getting the best of the best.0
