Started my journey at 144+ish lol Goal weight 118-120.....Current weight 119.6

I had a my entire story wrote out, but then all went crazy and im too lazy to re-write it : )
I do cardio 3-5x a week
and the weight circuit 1-2 times a week.
i followed mfp suggested 1200 calories, which i will be upping soon, for maintenance.
Im pretty happy with my current weight, but i plan to tone, tone tone : ) if if you have any more questions feel free to ask!
My goal was pre-baby weight, and i have finally achieved it thank you mfp, you have been a bigger help than i could ever say!

Congratulations! I haven't been so forunate with FP. I have to ask, do you always stay within your calories and other limits such as sugars, carbs, etc? Do you also ALWAYS follow your FP, or do you have occaionsal days where you go off the chart? I also work out 5 days a week for a total of 7 hours and I'm not seeing much result.0

I'm up and down, sometimes im at my calories, sometimes im over, and sometimes im under. and same with the macros. I mainly focused on my calories, but kind of just ate what i had available. and tried to make better choices, when i had to eat fast food, or unhealthier options .0 -
