Dove created this video about how women view themselves and what is beauty. It's really cool and I hope some women can see this as an eye opener. I am not a perfect parent/husband but one thing I try to do often with my wife and daughters is tell them how beautiful, smart and funny I think they are. This is so unbelievably clever. I can't speak to men as this topic only covered women but I know this can be a challenge for some women.
