    amazing!! And I totally feel you I just recently did a progression pic of how far I have come since Jan, I was very scared to post as well, but thought if someone can see my yucky body & know there is hope it's worth it. I even made it my profile pic for a while.
    Now I can't wait to post more pics :smile:

    A huge THANK YOU!!! to everyone that commented...it makes me feel proud of sticking with it and helps me see the progress I've made. I think it's so hard to see the changes for ourselves in the mirror and it often takes someone else to see them for us and to let us know that we're really changing. I feel so much better and am so happy that I can keep up with my girls more while I help them practice their softball. I'm glad I'm finally trying to set a better example for them, I don't ever want them to have to go through the weight issues (and emotional issues that come with it) the way I have. And I hope to never have those issues return! Thanks again and way to go to all of you!!! We WILL do this!!!

    You're doing great! I was too scared to take a pic when I started in January, but I've taken one each month since and slowly the difference is showing. I think it shows more in the flesh than in the pics, and its certainly showing in my clothes now:happy:

    I'm sure you will reach your goal, as you've come this far.
