    Well done! I can see a huge difference in your face. I think that's because the pictures are a little dark lower, so I can't see as well!

    Matt - Im going to buy a bike in the next few months. Its been YEARS since I have been able to ride a bike and not worry about breaking it. My nutritionist has challenged me to ride with her on a century ride (100 miles) next summer. If all goes as planned I will be down to the 200 lb mark by the end of August this year, that will give me a year to get ready for it.
