Walking As Exercise

So many people strive to lose weight and keep it off by dieting alone. The effort is amazing.However a lot of weight losers find themselves regaining weight due to lack of exercise. Wworking out, jogging, cycling, swimming and many others are great. However a lot of slimmers do not realise the value of walking. Wwalking does not have to be boring. You just have to find the right places in which to walk.
I live in london and have recently joined a walking group which walks a long the River Thames. Last week I went on an 8 mile walk on a beautiful day with the group's main organiser, Jason Palmer. The group is called Thames Path Walking Group and can be found on Facebook or at www.thames-path.net
