Jawbone UP....after two months it stopped working!

I've had my UP for less than two months. Yesterday is just stopped. It won't charge, or sync, it's deadder than a doornail. Oddly, my daughters UP also failed within the past two weeks, same thing, it just died.
They were pretty quick about sending her a new one, and I hope I get a replacement soon also.
ANyone else have trouble with their UP?
