Exercise?

When it comes down to it,I want to workout 3times a week.Right know its for 30min. each time.I want to do the turbo jam 30day schedule....If i do this and then go back to working out three times a week for an hour each time...will i be o.k.? will it mess with my metabolism?....Just curious...T.I.A!!

You should be fine ... just be sure to adjust your calories when you shift your exercise.0

When you say shift calories....you mean reset my goals pretty much right?0

You probably don't need to readjust your goals but when it gives you extra calories I think she's implying that you eat them. (or at least some of them) so that you can keep your energy up and when you switch back adjust your calories like wise. (i.e. don't continue eating 1600 calories if you're only set up for 1200)0

Ah Ha!!! Got ya!! Thanks so much for the input!! i realy do appreciate it..I just want to do it the right way...I lost like 60lbs about 4yrs ago...but because i gave in and stopped exercising and watching my intake it came back even faster...TY!!0

Yeah you'll need a bit more calories when you start working out longer and more often and then not so much when you cut your exercise back down. That's all I meant.
Turbo Jam is a lot of fun once you learn the basic moves. And Chalene has a way of waking you up, lol ... enjoy!0
