Cheating shortcut magic pill in a shakeweight dispenser?

My question is, are there any shortcuts out there? Or are they the typical BS scams that make our economy so successful?

I do my cardio, lift, count calories, stopped drinking my calories, and am discovering healthier things to shove down my throat. I am seeing progress with my changes, and can maintain this for a lifetime. I am not looking for the "don't be lazy" replies. I am looking for an actual conversation or debate.

Do any of the products sold at big box stores, supplement stores or advertised by sleazy TV doctors and infomercials actually work? Are there products that people should be taking to aid their weight loss or betterment of their health and well being.

From vitamins to keytones, to pharmafreak to fishoil. I want to hear about it :)
