    okokok...

    I'm 5'1.5" and in Jan of 2011 I weighed 155
    by mid Feb '11 I was 145

I lost another 20 lbs in a few months - over that summer - and got to about 125.
    In Feb of 2012 I was 125
I binged all summer 2012 and gained 10lbs and since Oct '12 have been trying to get back to 125.
    I'm currently between 127-130

I've used supplements in the past, but just the kind that have green tea and cromium in them. It's helpful, but not necessary.

1200 is a bit too low for 155lbs. You can calculate your calories here
    http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html

But when I was that weight I would eat at least 1300 and I worked out generally 5x a week. I would eat breakfat, workout at lunchtime (20-30 min) and after work for 30-40 mins. I'd do ellipitical or go outside and jog or, my fav - Rollerblade.

I also did videos - Jillian Michael's NDS game and P90x videos. Anything that would get me moving and kick my *kitten*!
If I'm not all sweaty and tired after a workout I feel like it wasn't worth it.
Always eat a protein snack after your workout.

I ate pretty much how I do now minus the beer. Oh yes, and I drink buttloads of water and generally stay away from artifical sweetners.

I'm 5"2 started at 169 in jan this year now weigh in at 140 I put my success down to what I eat, I try to keep my food clean and low in fat, I'm on 1200 a day which I stick to religiously. I ve been doing 30 mins of exercise around 5 days a week, apart from when I did the 30 day shred, which I really recommend for getting you motivated and basically ready to take on any exercise you choose to take on next! Since the shred I've started the c210k which is where I'm at now.
My goal is somewhere around 125 too
Oh and I don't tend to eat my exercise cal! I've had a regular loss of 2lb per week since I started
