Too much?

So I run on the eliptical for 25 minutes 6 days a week...Working up to 30 minutes a day...I also do Yoga on the wii for 30 minutes every other day....On Saturday mornings I go to a cardio kickboxing class....I am thinking about trying to do the 30 day shred...Do you think that is too much exercise? LOL....I know too much is probably better than too little...

    i don't think so as long as you feel good!
  • nah, its never to much. as long as your body can handle it. in a day i burn 500-1000 calories daily. and im doing turbo jam, zumba, and im doing the 30 day shred (on my 13th day) and on the side i do tae bo from billy blanks

    I don't think so either. Just make sure to eat your exercise calories (or at least some of them), drink lots of water, and listen to your body. Don't get down on yourself if you need to take a day off.
