I love chocolate chip cookies and so does my granddaughter.. This is a healthier take on an old favorite.

Pam's Chocolate chip cookie



Smart Balance - Buttery Sticks Omega-3, 8 tbsp

Splenda - Brown Sugar Blend for Cooking, 3/4 cup


Truvia Baking Blend - Artificial Sweetener, 1/4 cup


Jell-O - Sugar Free/Fat Free Instant Pudding (Mix Only) - Vanilla, 0.5 cup


Eggs - Whole, raw, 2 large


Generic - Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Great Value - All Purpose Flour , 1 cup (31 g)

Quaker - Old Fashioned Rolled Oats - Oatmeal , 8 oz


Arm & Hammer - Pure Baking Soda, 1 tsp


Hershey's - Sugar Free Chocolate Chips, 1 container (15 tbsp (15 g) ea.)


Preheat oven to 350 deg..

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.

In food processor process rolled oats until fine.

in small bowl combine flour, oats, vanilla pudding and baking soda.

Slowly add to buttery mix until well mixed.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop onto cookie sheet by rounded spoonfulls.

Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 min.

Makes 48 cookies

Each cookie has 68 calories.

    This. Thank you for sharing, but there are too many weird ingredients in this recipe for me. I'd prefer to either go without, or just have a regular cookie. I bet lots of people will enjoy them, though. :flowerforyou:
