    first one annoyed me a bit as strength training + excess calories will indeed bulk you up in the right ways. Not to mention the description for it was 100% bogus. the rest tho are decently accurate.

    the eating after 7pm. when i lost the most weight i was eating my dinners around 9 pm every night. lol
