Help! Got jiggly arms!

Can you point me in the direction of something that will help me tone my icky, jiggly upper arms! I hate all of the excess fat that has found it's way there. I am willing to put in the effort to fix this mess, I am just hoping that someone will point me in the right direction.

I would say focus on Tricep exercises. Dips, extensions.....anything with weights that target that specific area.0
