Slim to Fit or Fit to Slim?

Hey fitness guru's, I need your advice!
I LOVE to eat (High carbs, High protein, Low fat) &
I LOVE to work out
This leads my medium frame to be pretty fit (I'm curvy slim )
How could I get from being fit to just being slim?

    I'm confused as to what you're asking. You don't want to have a 'fit' physique, but instead just a slim one? Therefore, you dont want any signs of muscle tone? Or are you looking to keep your muscle but just lose excess fat and look more cut and defined?
