Hi All

Is anyone from Sydney, Australia?

Just letting you know about the Fitness Expo that is happening this weekend at Sydney Convention Centre. It is great if you are wanting to learn more about fitness, supplements, healthy eating and more.

You can also meet some fitness models as well. Jay Cutler - Mr Olympia is going to be there.

I am not a promoter but just wanted to let everyone know about it.

    My brother is working there! Keep an eye out for Denver Steyn...one of if not the BEST natural bodybuilders in Aust!
