Seeking Advice and Support

Greetings,
I'm new to MFP, and I have so many questions I just don't know where to start. You can call me Kat, I am 28 years young and my goal is to lose 150 pounds and I've only recently started working on my health. My main concern is what to eat when to eat and how much. I grew up without breakfast, for some reason it always made me sick to my stomach and I never ate too much lunch because I simply wasn't hungry and went all out for dinner. Now, I can get some breakfast in, lunch always ends up coming late and dinner follows almost right after. My work out is good, but when I punch in my Cardio I always earn more calories. I have student loans and am on a budget, does anyone have any advice or even tips on what to eat?
I love spinach and fish btw, its all I've been eating recently. But that gets old fast.

P.s. I am a Cake Decorator and am proud to say that I very rarely snack on anything I make or anything around me in the bakery I work in
