Hi
So when should I recalculate TDEE to account for any weight/body fat lost? Should I just do it when the scales go down
or is there some kinda magic number like every 5lbs lost?
Thanks

I do it every 5lbs lost.
I'm 166lbs now, but I'm eating TDEE of a 165lbs.
When I get to 165lbs, I'll adjust my TDEE to 160lbs.
That's me & I'm getting great results.0
