I think I pinched a nerve! Please help!

I just started lifting again, 3 sets, 8-12 reps. I did lower body today. While doing lunges, I think I pinched a nerve. I have this funny tingling sensation in my lower right leg and foot. Theres also some discomfort in my lower right buttock. What should I do??? Im worried if I stop lifting, ill lose my progress. Any ways to speed healing up, if this is a pinched nerve?? Please help!!
