Hip-pitty Happy Dance.

So I'm doing a big stretch post-running, arms high above my head...stretch, strettchh...then suddenly I drop my arms to my sides and smack my hip bones, full inertia.

It hurt.

A hit-your-funny-bone pain but on the hips.

Then I realized.....

HOLY CRAP I HAVE HIP BONES!

This pain is a good pain. It's telling me I'm skinny and that the protective layer of belly roll has melted and died.
