Third Shifters?

Are there any other third shift folks out there? I could use some support. I work 11pm to 9am, and my problem is usually that by the time I get off work, most of my calories are already used up. Also, I'm tired all the time.

Hello, I work nights on a 4 on 4 off basis and i use my calories midnight to Midnight. I find this much better.

Well, I work 3am to 3pm ... 5-6 nights a week.... if that counts as midnights. I have worked midnights for 17+ yrs now though ....Feel free to look in my diary... I start my cals @ 3am and finsh up @ dinner time around 5 pm .....
I work out every day from about 2:30 - 3:30 am .....(My gym is at my shop) .....0 -

I work 9pm to 8am, I have found that resetting at midnight works best for me. Some people like to log from the time they get up, to the time they go to sleep. You may have to try different ways to see what works best for you!

Yeah, I count midnight to midnight too. I eat a lot at work. ><0 -
I'm a third shifter half the time (like right now) but a first shifter on the weekends. Really kind of F's with my exercise and eating habits sometimes. I can't wait til I can get of my split shift schedule!0
