Hi There, I just wanted to share a website which demonstrates proper waist measurement. There is a great little video and instructions on measuring your waist. Have a great day everyone! :happy:

Here is how to measure:
I am 5'7". A foot is 12 inches. 5 feet and 7 inches is 5*12+7 inches. This is 60+7 inches, or 67 inches.
I am 67 inches in height. Divide 67 by 2. That equals 33.5. My waist size should be about 33 or 34 inches.
I imagine this is just a guide. I hope this helps.0 -
WEll, shot. I liked my waist measurement better - it's closer to the 35. Sigh. Oh well, just keep moving more and eating less, right? Every little bit counts towards gettin healthier....0
