The overnight Diet

What are peoples thoughts on the Dr Apovian Overnight Diet.
For the last few weeks I've chosen Monday as a juice only day. Making 3 separate juices, fruit based for the morning, then two greener veg based ones for the afternoon & evening. Did feel a little hungry the first time, but by week two I think I just got used to it.
Rest of the week you're supposed to eat as normal for the main part, with good protein, complex carbs, plenty of green veg with low vat dairy.

I'd love to hear from others as to theirs experiences if you've tried it, or if not your thoughts on how successful longer term you think it is.
