Hey, this is for UK Insanity peeps! :)

I've been looking at the nutrition booklet and there are meals that include Turkey and Chicken, I usually buy 1kg frozen chicken from Asda or Tesco, does anyone know if this will be OK to eat, as I can't really afford to buy it fresh all the time.
Also what type of Turkey is the best to buy?

    i cant see any reason why frozen meat would make a difference?

    i dont think it matters what type of turkey it is, get whatever you like.
