When does the pain stop

I started 30day shred 3 days ago on level 1. Before this I was a couch potato ... literally I would only get up to change my daughter and feed her and play on the floor with her. So Im 3 days into it and Jeeze oh man my thighs hurt so bad I can barely walk normal!! When does it stop!? Should I skip a day or just keep going? I will add that on top of the workout Im also walking near 2 miles 1/2 of which is uphill... advice??

The pain is only temporary! The soreness is normal, especially if you were sedentary for the majority of your time before you started workouts. When I first did the 30 Day Shred I had muscle soreness for atleast 5-6 days. It will pass
As long as its just pain of sore muscles and not pain that indicates a possible injury.

I'm on day 8 of level 1 and it's not stopped yet for me! But at least the pain is reminding me that I'm changing my life. Some have said to do more cool down exercises as Jillian's aren't enough.0
