Loose skin

Hi all,
I am new to this and realised I need to change my life. I am miserable in my life and how I view myself so today I am going to change! But my biggest worry is that if I lose this weight then I will be left with folds of loose skin and I'm not sure which is worse-being fat or loose skin! I have very low self esteem and this worry has stopped me losing weight for months.
I am 5ft 3 and weigh 14.6 stone (206 lbs) and my skin is covered in stretch marks. I am expecting some loose skin especially on my thighs and arms. I aim to lose 60-70 lbs. Does anyone have any advice?

    There are a few ways to mitigate loose skin; have a smaller calorie deficit (1 lb per week), do weight training to mitigate muscle lose (more muscle means tighter and leaner body as you concentrate on fat loss not weight loss) and cocoa butter or other product that helps with stretch marks.
