need advise

I'm 22 years old currently 120lbs and 5"6. I weighted more in h high school then lost about 30 pounds, which actually put me way under weight. I also didn't do it the healthy way. My calorie intake was way under 1000 and doing insanity at the same time. I now put on a little weight and can't seem to loose anything. I would like to loose 5 pounds only. My stomach always feels bloated when I eat. I'm not sure what to do. Its very hard me to eat a sufficient amount if calories because I'm use to my old ways, but I know I need more. When I begin to eat the littlest more i gain so much right away. What can i do? I'm nut really a meat eater, and don't eat fats at all because my body holds them.
