Hello

Thought I would sign up as I am currently using the app religiously.

Was 23 stone and nearly lost 5 stone.
Target is 15 stone so 3 stone and 4lb left to go and by god its getting harder lol

Although I have only lost around 8lbs in the last 6 weeks my body fat has dropped 5%. I work out 5 to 6 times a week as well as play footy on a week night. I eat healthily and have a treat (takeaway) now and then.
Regardless of how hard I work it just seems to be coming off so very slow now, with only a lb loss last week. And thats with gym 5 days and footy.

Anyway just thought I would say hello, and if anyone has any tips on how to lose my gut faster I would be very happy lol
