Did Chest and Back last night (Push & Pull together) .. was VERY tough.

Flat Bench BB Press
Flat Bench DB Flyes
Incline DB Press
Cable Cross Over

One Arm DB Row
Kneeling Straight Bar Cable Pulldown (Not sure the true name for this exercise - Lats)
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown

I sometimes do Chest and Tris together. or Back and Bi's together in the same session and seem to have more energy for that.

Whats everyone elses preference? and what does your session look like?

When I've seen push & pull together, it's been the old-school bodybuilding style of working opposing muscle groups - so you'd do howevemany back/chest or bi/tri supersets, not all of one and then all of the other. What led you to do it that way?

Right now, I'm doing a boring old 5-day split with a light cardio/core day thrown in on whatever day I oversleep.
