There are so many "Maria" songs, that I have a whole folder of them on my iPod!!!
There's even one for "Maria-Elena", which is my actually name, but it's older than I am.
Beyond the most famous (West Side Story), my favorites are Santana's "Maria Maria", Blondie's "Maria", and Ricky Martin's "(un' dos tres) Maria" ... the one I loathe is "Take a Letter, Maria", which is not on my iPod!

    Bruce Springsteen - Leah

If a man ever desires to propose marriage to me, he must do it with this song or he will be rejected. It is perfect.

I can't think of any songs with "Monique" in them...Mambo #5 has Monica (and sometimes I respond to Monica since people can't seem to grasp the concept of a slightly different but similar name!)

    "Amanda" by Boston

    "Mandy" by Barry Manilow

I think I prefer the Barry Manilow one, although I love Boston...

These are mine, too, but I am not really a huge fan of either :/
