Starting over ... again

Hi! I previously used MFP a while back, but for about a month have fallen back to old habits. I rejoined just this week. I've been up and down the scale my entire adult life; this year, I lost 11 and gained back a little, which I almost have off again. According to the doctor's chart, I need to lose about 80 lbs. to be "healthy", but I find that focusing on much smaller goals seems to help me more (like 10 lbs, then the next 10, and so on).
