Protein? Low sodium options?

Looking for ideas on protein. Protein fills me up and curbs my appetite, i was drinking a protein shake, subbing out 1-2 meals a day with one. But the sodium is unreal! I've been eating almonds and peanuts (unsalted) but looking for suggestions on protein shakes with low sodium, or other ideas on getting protein. Needs to be something I can keep in a bag or purse at work, can't just pull out a hunk of meat and start gnawing on it in the middle of the work day.
