50 days in a row!

I feel so accompished, I have successfully logged in for 50 DAYS IN A ROW! And with that comes a loss of 9 pounds; 10 is just around the corner and at next Wednesday's weigh in I hope to see those double digits I have worked so hard for. On Monday my trainer told me I need to pick a day where I could just rest, no cardio or strength training involved. I decided Tuesday would be that day since I work and early shift and didn't have school that night; however, Tuesday came and I could not sit still. I thought a simple walk with the dog wouldn't hurt but I still had to turn on my digifit. I ended up walking 1.13 miles and burning 116 calories. It wasn't much and I didn't work hard at atll (I have a lazy English bulldog who walks slower than a turtle), but it was enough to satisfy that voice in my head telling me I had to do something :).
