how to categorize exercise

There are some forms of exercise that I do which really belong in the strength section, but that is confined to sets/reps/weight.

Yoga is more strength than cardio, as well as flexibility. Stretching is important too, and there's no category for that! We should all be doing 5-10 minutes of that daily.
Pole dancing is both strength (think vertical crunches and vertical push-ups) and cardio (spins, dance); any one who has done a 4-minute routine is breathing hard afterward!

Right now my log isn't showing any strength training, yoga & belly dance are cardio only, and I created a category for pole dancing under cardio, since it didn't fit the sets/reps/weight category.

BTW, some of my pole sistahs are using this app, and we are not strippers, just regular women of various shapes, sizes, and ages, building up our strength with a sexy twist!
