Feel It?

I have heard of people saying they were bummed at slow weight loss, and at first I was also. After my first 2 weeks I had lost 8 lbs, and after that, the next 2 weeks, I lost nothing. Usually this would discourage me and make me want to give up, but that was with an unhealthy diet. I didn't give up after 2 weeks of not losing because I felt better, I could feel more energy, and I could do more than I used to be able too, so giving up would be worse than losing nothing for me. Then the next week, I was a bit nervous, I thought "If I didn't lose weight, how will I react?" I knew I wouldn't give up, but probably be bummed, but I felt so much better, so it wouldn't be bad. Anyway, when I got on that scale I had lost 5 lbs! So not giving up after that 2 weeks really did benefit me. Sometimes weight just takes it's time, but I realized that it if I feel good inside and I can do more, I shouldn't give up so easily. Feeling good is more important than looking good.
So whenever the scale doesn't budge, just think, after all that hard work do you notice a difference? Can you do more?
Do you feel it?
