Endomondo Pro vs Premium

Can someone please explain to me the difference in the endomondo pro app and upgrading to premium. I currently have the free endomondo app and I absolutely love it! However, I would like to be able to set intervals because I'd like to start running some. Apparently the pro app and upgrading to premium both do intervals and a lot seems to be the same...except the price. The pro app is $4.99 on time. Upgrading to premium is either $2.99/month or $19.99/year. So before I go spending money on it, I would really like to know what the difference is. Thanks!
