muscle soreness

I really like feeling my muscles sore, that way I know I worked them hard. When i first started working out I would be completely sore for days. It would hurt sitting down, standing up, going up and down the stairs, etc. I loved it! Lately I haven't had any muscle soreness and I have been doing more reps in my workouts. This doesn't make sense to me. Am I still geting a good workout?

You're still getting a good workout, it's just that you've gotten stronger. Try upping your weight a bit?0

Also, perhaps if you tried a different exercise. If you're doing the same one over and over again, your muscles will be getting the same use over and over again and they will get used to what you're doing. They don't get as worked when they're doing something they've been doing a lot lately.0

Are you stretching enough after the workout? Make sure the body is nicely warmed up before exercising and stretch all your muscle groups after exercise. This is will help avoid or reduce soreness.0
