    I don't know why some people seem to have the attitude of "I'm going to bulk up lifting, I'll just stay fat thank you."

    If you read this article: http://www.leighpeele.com/bulky-muscles-and-training-females-the-definition you will see that when a poll was taken of 2000 women online, 18% would rather be too fat than too thin or muscular.

    That's 7% more than those who'd rather be too muscular. The majority (71%) said they'd rather be too thin. :noway:

    As crazy as it seems to you and I (and many people on here) quotes like the above, no longer surprise me.
