Stuck at Certain Weight Despite 60mins of Cardio a Day

I am 42 year old 6 foot male who lost 10 pounds in about 2 weeks. I eat about 1700 calories a day and do about 60 minutes of cardio a day. I seem to have hit a plateau and my weight has not budged in a couple of weeks. Should I be doing more cardio or reduce my caloric intake and keep my cardio the same? My cardio usually consist of either a treadmill or a recumbent bicycle. I do light weight training on a NordicTrack PT3 but nothing even close to trying to be a bodybuilder...just trying to tone up a little.
