Hi guys. Found this through Facebook the other day and it works really well:
1- Angel Food Cake Mix
1- Regular Cake Mix (chocolate, cherry, ect. whatever floats your boat)
Mix them together and then store in airtight container. When you need a sweet fix, mix 3 tablespoons of the dry mix with 2 tablespoons of water in a mug and microwave for 30-45 seconds depending on your microwave. (Original recipe said 1 minute, but in my microwave the cake turned out very dry).
The calorie count varies depending on brand of mixes and flavor, but comes about around 100 calories on average.
