Would anyone mind checking out my food diary and telling me what they thing of it health wise?
I have allocated 1800 calories aday, my TDEE for sedetary is just under 1800. I don't like feeling hungry so I have decided the best way for me to lose weight is through excersize.
I am slightlty worried as I have gone over my fat macros. Does that matter to much?
Thanks

Optimal ranges for protein is 1 g per pound of LBM and fat 0.35 g per pound of body weight.
Both should be treated as a minimum and going over is 100% fine.0 -

Yes, fat macros matter. I would suggest you might have your fats to high. I eat about 2500-3000 caloires and on 3000 calories i still eat less fat grams than you. I would suggest keeping fat at 15-20% with protein being at 1g per kg of body weight...0

I'd actually suggest that you get more dietary fat.0 -

I was thinking this actually... I have had really good results in the past with lower fat, higher proteins.0 -

I suppose it all depends on personal goals, how you're exercising, etc.... Looking at your <2000 calories a day, there is no way your lifting heavy at the gym regularly..Different goals...0 -
Awesome! If you had results with this before, why did you change?!? If it ain't broke don't fix it!!0

Huh? You have no idea what you're talking about. You're obviously not even looking at my diary. You obviously know nothing about me or my program.
I have no idea where you got your information for optimal fat intake, but yours appears rather low; if you're 175 lbs, it's about 0.25 g per lb of body weight. Optimal range is 0.35, give or take. I wouldn't generally recommend lower than that, especially for women. This is especially true for people who are lifting.0 -

Because it was part of slimming world. I can't stick to their plan0
