1 MONTH HELP!?!?

Hey guys,

I have 1 month till I'm off to Spain! I have seriously got no idea how I'm going to lose weight.

I am telling the God's honest truth when I say I have no time to work out, and there's no point in me waking up any earlier to make time as I sleep very little as it is.

I want to do it the right way by eating healthily for the next month.

So if you guys can help, foods and meals that are a must, and those that I should completely ignore!

    You don't need to exercise to lose weight. Eat whatever you want as long as it's below your TDEE (TDEE minus 10-20% or so is best)
