dedication failure

Hi there,
i have been on and off MFP and i have been on different types of diets. I don't seem to have any dedication to stick with just one. Finally my doctor put me on a 1200 calorie diet but i feel like it aint gonna do anything as i am already eating better and working out 5 days a week. I was curious what does everyone else do at the gym? What is your routine?
