Hi, I am 49 and will be 50 in November. Just learned about this site and love it. I would love to join this group of friends motivating each other. For about 10 years I have been working out and eating right off and on. I would like to make this an "on" thing forever. My goal is to be in great shape when I turn 50 and keep it that way.
