good high calorie foods and snacks

My most frequent issue is not getting *enough* calories, which, as many of us know, can slow weight loss. I tend to hover around 1200 a day, and that's *with* a drink or two, so my food calories are kinda on the too low side.

I tend to lose weight better when I'm eating at least 1500 calories a day.

What are your favorite foods or snacks that supply necessary calories?
