Hi all,
I have been maintaining for a few months and am now working on lowering bf % through more strength training etc. I do weights 3-4 times a week and cardio (jogging, walking, cross trainer etc) in between,so my weekly ratio is about 50-50 weights and cardio.
Scooby's calculator (if I set it to lose fat, gain muscle) puts me at 2205 cals a day. MFP maintainance is 1860 (w/out exercise)
I'm nervous about using scooby's because I'm used to monitoring exercise cals with my HRM, so I am tempted to use MFP + eat back exercise cals.
What would you do???
