How to eat healthy when studying?

I try to eat healthy but when exam time reaches it all goes down the drain. I crave sugar & salt & grease & fat. Am i the only one who finds eating clean during exams very near impossible. Any tips or you could share your story so i feel 1/2 as bad?

I am right with you. For me, I think it's a combination of stress and distraction that leads me to overeat during exams. My plan for the next couple of weeks (until exams are over) is to just make sure I have easy "healthy" foods around. That is, fruits, yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, individually packaged frozen veggies, etc. Anything that takes <10 minutes to prepare, is filling and not too high calorie will do. ^_^0
