i'm level 2 day 6 and have had to stop as I hurt my knee 4 days ago and its getting worse so have had to stop
I am hoping I can pick it up again in a couple of days and keep it strapped.

That is precisely what happened to me the first time. I started this at the end of March got to Level 2 day 4 and my knee had it. I was working out on a sore knee for a couple days before but after the first jumping jack I knew I had to stop. I took about a week and change off (lacked the motivation to start over) but now I am back and starting from the beginning with my new knee brace. I will be taking rest days this time to prevent a reinjury. Just give your knee time to heal, wrap it, and then start again. I hope it feels better soon!!0
