I have so much trouble sticking to my calories on an everyday basis! I get so frustrated. Now, I'm doing better than I ever have because it has been 4 months, and I have not quit completely. I fall and get back on the horse. My downfall is emotional eating and picking at my toddlers snacks and food when I'm fixing it for him and the kid I babysit. Any advice? Tips?

me too! I had a rough weekend of some not great food choices and saw the scale go up a touch but I got back down to business and luckily lost it again but I feel dumb because I could have been that much further if i had not back tracked! I used to snack with the kids a lot too and I did 2 things. One I cut back on the junk I was giving them and replaced with fruit and two I googled specifically for my height and weight the exercises I have to do to burn a certain amount of calories. So if I saw polishing off the rest of that mac and cheese equaled 15 burpees it not longer was enticing to me! lol Also I try to drink a whole cold bottle of water as soon as I wake and before every meal to quiet the hunger signal bc sometimes the hardest prt is determining if you are hungry or craving...which i think is 2 different things. good luck girl :) keep it up!!

Thanks Ann! You are doing so great! I do notice that on the days I get my workout in early, I think a lot more about what I'm putting in my mouth. I don't give Wyatt too much junk, but the boy loves cheezits and ritz, and of course, so do I! lol Have you done a burpee? I can't even do a push up much less a burpee. Those things terrify me lol

I know what you mean about being upset because you back tracked. I have been struggling with that since the beginning. I do well all week and then I screw it all up on the weekend. It's two steps forward one step back. When I think of how much I could be down by this point if I wouldn't sabotage myself, I get so frustrated.
