I think I must be getting close to my ideal weight or something. Generally I am hungry when it's time to eat, but the last few days it's been ridiculous . I started the 30 shred on Monday, I am doing it three days a week with other cardio and work in between . I am wondering if that's making me hungry. My other thoughts is it's ttom, or my reserves are low. My numbers are set for maintence at 65 kg, so I am not trying to cut much at all. I am set to active and try and eat back my exercise cals. Mostly successful there. I am not worried about losing more, and I am getting the 'you don't need to lose too much more' comments at work. At 5"7 I agree with that. So is this extra hunger normal while doing something like the shred? Also do other ladies (And men) find that the closer to their stable weight this happens? I have lost weight fairly easy and have definitely not felt like I have been on a 'diet' . I have being eat more , just better if anything. Thanks.

When ur doing an intense workout like tht u need to up ur calories or ur hard work won't result to its full potential . I had this problem and I was horrified to increase calories but it works. Just eat healthy and remember tht carbs are your friend . If u look at it food pyramid , half ur meals should make up of carbs which will keep u full longer . I didn't lose a single pound for a long time til I upped my calories0
